Let me make this clear upfront, I am not a fan of Wii video games. Well, that’s not entirely true because I can have fun playing certain Wii video games but not for more than 30 minutes. I do respect where the console is taking gaming. Any gaming system that people look to for a workout is alright in my book. If you asked gamers from the 80’s if they ever broke a sweat...
