nintendo video games


The radio station said no school this morning as we rose to get the kids ready for the day. Overnight it had continued to snow and we were literally snowbound to our home for the day. Good thing we had prepared for such an incident. We have all kinds of drinks, food and snacks available to us. 

The only thing we needed was entertainment. Bingo, the nintendo video games! The kids have been playing since yesterday when the snow began to come down in earnest. This has been quite the winter storm. The ski resort is even closed because of the weather and the news is saying to stay put and don't drive unless you absolutely have to. So that's what we are doing, staying put. 

The nintendo video games have kept my kids interest for hours. Every once in awhile they take a break for drinks and snacks but then they are right back it. I am so thankful for the nintendo video games. Without them I fear the kids would be at each other's throats. This way all the yelling is about the nintendo video game and it's all in fun. That's the way this Momma likes it!
