wii video games

Everyday my son gets off the school bus, runs inside, drops his bag and coat and asks if he can play a game. He really loves his Wii video games. It makes me happy that he loves his Wii video games. Unlike some of the game systems out there with Wii games he is active and thinking. I really like how the Wii video games have been designed to be interactive, not just with the game but other people. Often we will play games together making it more family time than game time. Though, sometimes he does play games by himself, usually when we are getting dinner ready.

Games are fun, but they are a privilege or a reward. He is starting to figure out that other things have to come before playing his Wii games. I like to think he is learning responsibility this way. Even his friends understand that when they come over to play Wii video games after school that they all have to do their homework first. I consider it responsible gaming. I think their desire to play games is actually making them smart. They try harder, and do better so they can play games sooner. Not to mention often the games make them think. Our home has turned out to be the place for the kids to gather for after school for Wii video games gaming. All the other parents love it.

Because my son, and his friends, loves Wii video games I am constantly buying more. I know my son is expecting some Wii video games for Christmas. I decided to see what Wii video games were available online. I found a great store called Home Online Direct and is located at www.homeonlinedirect.com/. I found several Wii games for Christmas. I think the game my son is going to love the most is LucasArts Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Lightsaber Duels. He is a huge fan of the Clone Wars. Actually he loves anything to do with Star Wars. He has five or six play lightsabers that he and his friends have battles with. He is going to love being able to have Lightsaber duels during the winter. I don’t think I could have found a better Christmas gift for him. Though I am positive he will also enjoy the other games from Home Online Direct. It is going to be an active winter, even if it is indoors in front of the TV.
